German Digital Marketing Specialist Athens

Join a long-term digital advertising project for one of the world's leading technology companies. This position is designed for candidates with at least one year of relevant hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, paid search or digital advertising.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 09:00 and 19:00 (40 hours/week, weekends off, no night shifts)

Project:

Join an international digital advertising project and manage a portfolio of German-speaking business clients using the advertising solutions of one of the world's leading technology companies.

Act as a trusted advisor, understand your clients' business goals and help them improve campaign performance. Through proactive account management, you will build long-term relationships and support customer satisfaction, retention and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of German-speaking advertising clients

• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
• Recommend advertising solutions aligned with each client's business goals
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive account management and regular follow-ups

• Help advertisers make effective use of the platform's tools and solutions
• Support customer satisfaction, retention and business growth

Competitive salary and remuneration system:

Base salary

1,400 gross/month x14 — including two additional salary payments worth 2,800 gross in total: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer

400 gross/month

Performance bonus

1,000 gross, paid quarterly and linked to performance

Average monthly gross package: approximately 2,033–2,367, including the two additional base-salary payments averaged over 12 months and the applicable quarterly performance bonus, + meal vouchers.

Requirements

• German level C1–C2, spoken and written
• English level B2 or higher for training and internal communication
• At least one year of relevant hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, paid search or digital advertising

• Practical experience with paid advertising platforms, campaign optimization and performance metrics
• Confidence communicating with business clients and providing consultative recommendations

• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• You live in the Athens area or are ready to relocate
• EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece is required
