Hybrid role in Athens (office + home office)

• Work model: Hybrid after training
• Schedule: Monday–Sunday, rotating shifts within 07:00–02:00 (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week).
• Initially, shifts end by 22:00. After gaining experience, advisors may be offered the late shift ending at 02:00, worked remotely from home.
• No experience needed – paid training provided!

Our client is a modern digital financial service supporting freelancers and small businesses across Europe with everyday account and payment solutions.

What you will do:

• Support customers via phone and email in Italian
• Help with accounts, payments and general requests
• Build trust through clear and friendly communication
• Work with internal systems and follow simple processes

Salary:

• 1100gross/month x 14 – base salary
• Monthly performance bonus of up to 10%

3 net per worked day (approx. 60 net/month), increasing to 6 net per worked day (approx. 120 net/month) after one year

Average monthly gross package: 1,100–1,210 gross/month

Who we are looking for:

• Perfect Italian (min. C2)
• English (at least B1) – for an internal communication
• Good communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Based in Athens and willing to work in a hybrid setting with an office part in Neos Kosmos area
• EU citizenship or valid Greek residence/work permit
