Project:

As a Spanish Digital Advertising Specialist, you will support advertisers using the advertising solutions of one of the world's largest social media and technology companies. You will advise existing Spanish-speaking business clients, review campaign performance and recommend improvements that help them achieve better advertising results. This is a consultative commercial role focused on existing customers, not cold calling.

• Support existing Spanish-speaking business clients and advertisers

• Analyze campaign performance and recommend clear improvements
• Guide customers through advertising tools and campaign features

• Help clients set up, manage and optimize digital campaigns
• Identify suitable commercial opportunities based on each customer's goals

• Build strong client relationships and maintain accurate records
• Share relevant product updates, upgrades and transition paths
• Collaborate with internal teams in an international environment

Base salary

1,100 gross/month x14

Fixed project bonus

150 gross/month

Performance bonus

up to 250 gross/month, paid monthly

Two additional base-salary payments per year

2,200 gross in total, already included in the 14 payments – one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer

3 net per worked day (approx. 60 net/month), increasing to 6 net per worked day (approx. 120 net/month) after one year

• 9 country holiday days in addition to standard annual leave

Average monthly package: 1,250–1,500 gross/month, depending on performance, + approximately 60 net/month on the Up Hellas Card + 2 additional base-salary payments per year (2,200 gross total).

Requirements

• Spanish at C2 level, spoken and written
• English at B2 level or higher, for training and internal communication

• You live in the Athens area or are ready to relocate
• A commercial mindset and confidence communicating with business customers

• Previous customer service, sales or B2B experience is welcome, but not required
• Good PC/IT and organizational skills
• Interest in social media, digital advertising and online trends
• EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece is required
