What You'll Do Every Day

Be the Problem Solver

Handle incoming calls and emails from Dutch-speaking customers to assist with everything from remote troubleshooting to setup questions (like how to connect a smart washing machine or program an advanced oven).

Help customers locate the right spare parts, find serial numbers, or coordinate service appointments with local technicians when needed.

Language Skills
