Key Responsibilities

Subscriber Support

Assist Swedish-speaking subscribers via live chat, email, and phone with inquiries regarding content availability, release schedules, and account settings.

Technical Troubleshooting

Guide users through app navigation, internet connectivity issues, Smart TV configurations, and digital streaming optimization across multiple devices.

Subscription Management

Handle billing questions, trial accounts, plan upgrades, payment updates, and cancellation requests with professional clarity.

Brand Ambassadorship

Represent a household name in digital entertainment by maintaining a friendly, enthusiastic, and highly professional tone in every interaction.

Feedback Loop

Document technical bugs, app playback issues, and localized translation errors in the CRM system to improve the platform's user interface.

Requirements

Native or C2-level Swedish and professional proficiency in English (B2/C1).
